Responsibilities
The key areas of responsibilities entail staff supervision, achieving sales targets and overseeing daily operational activities. The position also plays a vital role in our Company’s commitment to service excellence and motivating and training our staff with the passion to deliver the same. Experience in class-room training and developing course materials preferred.
Requirements
The incumbent should possess at least 'A' levels/Diploma or its equivalent with relevant experience in a fast paced retail environment. Leadership qualities, with strong communication, numeric and analytical skills are essential traits to the job. Shift duties will be required.

2. R E T A I L S U P E R V I S O R
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the retail industry
- Monitor and supervise the sales team, drive sales and maintain excellent customer service
- Excellent communication, strong people and problem solving skills
- Possess leadership qualities and ability to motivate staff
- Must enjoy working in a dynamic sales environment
3. B E A U T Y C O N S U L T A N T S / P R O M O T E R S (Full-Time / Temporary*)
M I D - N I G H T B E A U T Y C O N S U L T A N T S** (Full-Time only)
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales of skincare products, perfumes & cosmetics
- Sales oriented with good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Effectively bilingual
- Friendly, enthusiastic, well-groomed with a pleasant personality and positive attitude
4. C A S H I E R S (Full-Time / Temporary*)
- Experienced in handling cash, foreign currencies, credit card and NETS transactions in a fast-paced sales environment
- Friendly, honest and reliable
- Cheerful and pleasant disposition with excellent sales and customer service skills
* Suitable temporary candidates must be able to commit for minimum 3 months.
** Mid-night Beauty Consultants are required to perform cashiering duties and work from 10pm to 7am
For the above positions, candidates are required to work 5 days/week, including weekends and public holidays, on a rotating shift basis.
